esk properties, founded in 2020, is a luxury rental company based in ft. myers beach, florida. this project required the creation of full brand identity, including logos, graphics, branding guidelines, print material, signage and social media posts. the client had a general idea of the beach themes and colors she wanted to highlight, and was consulted throughout the project for her input. the branding guidelines and logo designs were created first and helped to establish the vision for the rest of the materials. this allowed for a fully cohesive final package of designs to be used for both print and digital applications.
